Our Bamboo Veneer Panel
Zen bamboo veneer is sliced from pressed bamboo blocks by using exclusive patent technology(Patent No.: ZL02148338.8) and slicing process. We are using a narrow line pattern(vertically pressed) with subtle colour variation and characteristic bamboo nodes. To advoid cracks during handling the veneer is backed with a thin, but strong cellulose fleece, which enables easy pressing of the veneer sheets on a carrier panels.
Vertically pressed the outward is more beautiful and durable, and cost is higher than horizontally pressed veneer.
Bamboo veneer panel laminated from mutiply layers of veneer. Different layer veneer can have different uses. For example, 2 layers veneer can make Christmas cards, 3 layers veneer can make bamboo cylinder, 5 layers veneer can make note, photo album cover, and 9 layers can make door hanger sign, skate board
Compared with solid bamboo, the biggest advantange of bamboo veneer plywood is the surface will not have crack.
